LOT

After bottling the Single Harvest 1999 in March 2012, we kept some of this wine aging in two old 700 liter French oak casks. What made Ricardo Diogo chose to bottle it as a Single Cask was the soft aroma of old wine that it conveyed as a result from its concentration and excellent acidity. This wine has a growing, delicate and elegant aroma which is the result of aging under moderate temperatures for 15 years.
In September 2015, 1541 bottles have been filled, all individually numbered.
